Wenatchee School District Food Services department is pleased to present our Catering Guide. The Catering Department provides restaurant quality catering services for events held at a Wenatchee School District property. This guide has been designed to suggest menu ideas and to help you plan for your special events. This is only the beginning of the wide variety of tastes and services we can provide. Please consider this a starting point from which we can customize an event that will meet your group’s unique needs. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you.

Services Offered
The catering department offers an extensive range of services including breakfasts, luncheons, BBQ’s and dinners, (boxed, buffet and table service). We can provide services for receptions, coffee breaks, snacks for meetings, classroom parties and celebrations, pizza delivery and “pick-up” orders.

Reserving Your Room or Location
The Catering Department will deliver to the Wenatchee School District Building/property of your choice. We are unable to provide catered services to buildings or properties not owned and operated by the Wenatchee School District. To reserve rooms at specific district buildings please call them directly to schedule your date. We suggest you book your room or location well in advance to avoid conflicts as extra custodial help or other services may need to be prearranged.

Planning Your Menu
We have many menu options available for you to choose from. We understand that this is your event, so consider the menus provided here as a starting point to help you through the planning process. If you don’t see something that interests you or if you have an idea for something special, we would be happy to customize an event to suite your groups unique needs. Menu selections should be made as far in advance of the event as possible to insure product availability but don’t hesitate to call, even on short notice, as we are very flexible and accommodating.

All catering prices listed include paper supplies and service wares unless otherwise noted.

Please be ready to provide us with the following information when you call to book your event:

  • Date
  • Location
  • Time you would like services to begin
  • Estimated number of people you expect
  • Contact person and phone number in the event questions come up
  • How you would like to pay for your event.

A week’s advance notice is preferred for most events, but please don’t hesitate to call if you’re in a pinch, we will always do our best to meet all of your catering needs. For groups of 100 or more, please make arrangements at least two weeks in advance.

Budgets, Guarantees and Payment Options
It’s a good idea to have in mind an approximate dollar amount that you are willing to spend so we can design a menu within your budgetary requirements. We will need a guaranteed number of guests three (3) business days prior to the event. You will be charged for 100% of your guarantee or the number of guests attending whichever number is greater. Guarantee changes, less than 48 hours before your event, may result in menu substitutions at the quoted price. Please make cancellations least 48 hours in advance of your event.
We offer several different payment options for your convenience:

  • Cash or Check made payable to “Wenatchee School District Food Service”
  • Budget Codes and Purchase Orders
  • We can invoice specific groups if you will provide us with a billing address and contact person.

We will always provide you with an invoice for your records.
