National Teachers Day

Washington third grade teacher Dave Williams.

“One child, one teacher, one book, one pen can change the world.” Malala Yousafzai

An education is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children.  An education is the key to prosperity and quality of life.  It is capable of destroying  generational poverty.  It is foundational to every innovation and every invention.  It has unlocked many of the mysteries of the human body, allowing medicine to advance for the betterment of mankind. Eventually it will conquer cancer, dementia and many other illnesses that cause so much human suffering.  In short, the work of a teacher plays a fundamental role in the advancement of mankind.  Each day you come to work, you make an investment in our children that will pay great dividends in all facets of their lives.  Many of them will use the knowledge that you impart to help others. Thank you for your hard work and commitment.  We are grateful for so many teachers for whom teaching is a calling.  You ARE making a difference.
