Special Board Meeting

The Wenatchee School District Board of Directors has scheduled a WSD Special Board Meeting.

The Special Board Meeting is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m., Monday, March 11th, 2019 in the Central Office Main Board Room, 235 Sunset Avenue, Wenatchee, Washington.

TOPIC: Executive Session: To discuss with legal counsel representing the district matters relating to district enforcement actions, or litigation or potential litigation to which the district, the board, or a member acting in an
official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the district.

Action will be taken in open session at the conclusion of the executive session.
