The Wenatchee School District Board of Directors will hold an executive session on Friday, June 14 at 9:00 a.m. at the Wenatchee School District office, 235 Sunset Ave. Wenatchee. 

The Wenatchee School District Board of Directors will enter into executive session in accordance with board policy 1410 and RCW 42.30.110, Section G. To discuss with legal counsel representing the district matters relating to district enforcement actions, or litigation or potential litigation to which the district, the board, or a member acting in official capacity is, or likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the district.

The meeting is expected to go for 45 minutes.  The board is expected to take action following the meeting and final action will be in a meeting open to the public.
