New student pre-registration open for 21-22 school year

Pre-register your child today for school in the fall.

The Wenatchee School District is proud to announce that pre-registration for the 2021-2022 school year is now open for preschool, Kindergarten, and new students at all grade levels.

The district intends to open Wenatchee schools for full-time in-person instruction in the fall, however, this is subject to change given changing conditions during the pandemic. Parents are encouraged to complete the pre-registration process now and then finalize their child’s enrollment at a later date. 


Wenatchee School District offers full-day kindergarten. Any child who will be 5 years old on or before August 31, 2021, is eligible to enter kindergarten in the fall.


The Wenatchee School District offers a preschool program at Castle Rock Early Childhood Learning Center for community three and four-year-olds. This model is called a "peer" model, and the children are included in our developmental preschool classes. More info on WSD's preschool program is available at

Wenatchee Internet Academy

The Wenatchee Internet Academy, the District’s full-time online K-12 school will continue offering fully online instruction for students during the 2021-2022 school year. WIA is accepting new students at all grade levels. More information on WIA can be found at 

Parents can complete the pre-registration process for all schools including the Wenatchee Internet Academy on the district website Paper pre-registration documents are available at school offices and the Wenatchee School District central office, 235 Sunset Ave. 

Additional documents and information will be required to finalize student enrollment and will be provided to parents upon completion of pre-registration or may be obtained on the district’s website
