To update the Staff Directory, go to the Dashboard and click on the People tab.

(To get to your Dashboard, click the folder at the top left corner of the screen and "View Current Department")

  • To add a new person, click on the green +CREATE button at the top right of the window, select "Person". Enter the Title, First Name, Last Name, Image, Primary Email, Primary Phone. Click Save Content.
  • To edit a person's directory listing, click on the pen tool in that person's block. Make your edits. Click Save Content.
  • To delete a person from the directory, click the 3 dots in that person's block and select delete. Save Content.
  • If the person's directory listing is "Owned by another Department" you will have to contact Laurie Hunter to make any changes to it. 

    *Once the yearly Parson Photos are done, I will put them into a Google folder and share it with with School Webmasters.
