Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences
Wednesday, October 30th - Friday, November 1st, 2024
Parent/Teacher Conferences are just around the corner! Here's everything you need to know about the process.
There will be no school Wednesday, October 30 - Friday, November 1 for Parent/Teacher Conferences. In-person conferences will be held arena-style throughout the school halls. A map will be available to help parents navigate. Stay tuned for the complete list of teachers' Zoom links, which will be posted below.
Schedule
In-Person Conferences
- Wednesday, October 30: 12:00 pm - 7:30 pm
- Teachers will have their lunch break from 4:00 - 4:30 pm
- Thursday, October 31: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Teachers will have their lunch break from 11:00 - 11:30 am
Zoom Conferences
- Friday, November 1: 8:00 am - 11:00 am
- See below for the full list of teachers' Zoom links. There is no need to set an appointment. Clicking on a teacher's link during the allotted time will take you to a Zoom waiting room, and the teacher will admit you as soon as possible.
- Parents are also welcome to call the main office and get connected to a teacher's phone if they are unable to access Zoom
Student Device Coverage due October 31st
If you chose to purchase device insurance for your school-issued Chromebook, payment is due to the ASB office by October 31st. If payment isn't received by the due date, it will be assumed you are declining coverage. The ASB office is open weekdays from 7 AM - 4 PM and will be open during all our conference times if you need to stop in.
See below for information regarding student device coverage and student use. Device coverage is $26 and protects against accidental damage (drops/spills), theft (requires police report), vandalism, fire, flood, natural disasters, and power surges due to lightning strikes. If you'd like to purchase coverage, you can make a payment online HERE or visit the ASB office from 7 AM - 4 PM Monday - Friday and during our Parent/Teacher Conference hours. If you do not submit payment by October 31st, it will be assumed you are denying coverage. Please note: device insurance for Chromebooks will not be available at a later date.
The Student Use of Electronic Resources form acknowledges that you consent for your student to be issued a device and to adhere to school policy while using it.
