Class Schedules • Schedule Corrections
The Wenatchee High School Counseling staff works extremely hard to insure that all of our students receive the classes that they requested, in addition to their required classes. Even so, some errors do occur. If you have an error in your schedule that is due to one of the reasons listed below, counselors will correct your schedule. Upperclassmen can check their schedules through their student SKYWARD account. (See Skyward Login Assistance below.) Freshmen will be given their SKYWARD login information, along with their class schedule on Picture Day, August 24th.
1. Students who do not have a complete schedule or have two classes scheduled in the same period.
2. A required course was not scheduled.
3. You were incorrectly placed in a course for which you do not have the appropriate skill level or do not have the prerequisite class.
4. You have already taken and passed the class in which you are scheduled.
5. You failed a class in the past and received the same teacher for the same class on your new schedule.
6. You need to adjust your schedule because of Running Start or Skills Center conflicts.
If you have proposed changes or corrections, the schedule change request form is available here, on the Counseling Page on the Wenatchee High School web page, and in the Counseling Office beginning August 19th. If you are planning to request a change in your schedule, you must complete the form and submit it to the Counseling Office no later than August 27th. Emails without the form will not be accepted. Please note: for consistency in our process and to assure that all students are treated equally, schedule corrections will not be made for teacher preference, period preference, or lunch preference.
