Dual Language Information

Two-Way Dual Language 

Dual language programs are educational programs designed to teach students in two languages, usually English and another language. Two-way dual-language programs are a specific type of dual-language program that aims to serve both native English speakers and native speakers of the other language. In a two-way dual language program, the two groups of students learn together, with instruction provided in both languages. This approach helps students develop proficiency in both languages and promotes cross-cultural understanding. Dual language programs and two-way dual language programs are different from traditional language immersion programs, which focus on teaching students a second language but do not necessarily provide instruction in the students' primary language.
