Our WSD lunch program is outstanding!  Parents, we encourage you to come and join us for a meal or two during lunch. It’s a great opportunity to get acquainted with our school and to visit with your student.

At OMS, we us an electronic debit card system for purchasing hot lunch or snacks.  Returning OMS students are encouraged to use their ID card from last year until the current ID cards are completed.  If your student does not have their ID card, please encourage them to write down or memorize their six-digit school ID number. Our lunch line moves MUCH faster when students have their ID number!

The ID/debit card will allow you to deposit money in their account at any time. The system will also track your student’s purchases and allow parental restrictions on purchases. This information is available to you upon request.

The first card is free, but replacement for lost cards is $5.00. The card is also used for library check out, lunch equipment, ASB card and student identification.

Meal prices are as follows: breakfast is $1.40 for students and $2.00 for adults; lunch is $2.50 for students and $3.25 for adults. Individual milk is $0.25. Reduced student prices are $0.40 for lunch, which also qualifies for a free breakfast.

Important: Students shopping at the Ala Carte snack station must have monies deposited on their student accounts in order to purchase food at this station. This is a "Cashless" station and no monies will be accepted.  Students can deposit their money at breakfast before school starts and at the hotline and salad bar stations at lunch.

Students who were received free or reduced price lunches as of June 13, 2014 will have temporary status until October 15th to allow time for all new lunch forms to be received and processed.  If you have a question regarding your student’s lunch status, please feel free to call our Kitchen Manager, Paula Danielsen, at 663-4463 between the hours of 6:00 AM and 2:30 PM, or call the WSD Food Service Free & Reduced Hotline at 662-0407.
