Boys Basketball 

General Information: Practices start on Mon. November 1st after school. The season runs until December 17th. 6th grade boys basketball starts on Mon. Nov. 8th and runs until Dec. 17th. Teams are formed on a grade level basis. 

Athlete Responsibilities: Students must complete all athletic paperwork through our Online Clearance Process before they are allowed to practice. Athletes must provide their own athletic shoes. 8 practices are required before athlete can compete in a game. Student-Athletes must be passing all classes (no F letter grades) to compete in league and in-district games.  

When is practice: Teams usually practice daily 3:15PM - 5:00PM in Pioneer's gym. C teams could practice in the mornings. 6th grade will practice four days a week (Tues. - Fri.) from 6:45AM - 7:45AM before school in Pioneer's gym.

When are games: Teams usually have 8-9 league contests. Game days vary depending on level. 7th and 8th grade usually play on Monday and Wednesdays at 4:00PM. 6th grade will have two Jamborees at the end of the season.

Transportation: Buses will take students to all off site practices and games. Parents are responsible to pick up students after competitions or practices that take place within the Wenatchee School District. Buses will return students to Pioneer from out of district games.  

Team Pictures: Information will be given to students the week of pictures.
