Wenatchee Athletics Announces New Girls Swim Head Coach

Wenatchee High School Athletics proudly announces the hiring of Jana Sutton as the new Girls Swim Head Coach. Bringing a wealth of experience and a proven commitment to student success, Coach Sutton currently serves as an Intervention Specialist at Washington Elementary. Her extensive background includes coaching the Wenatchee School District’s middle school swim program and working with swimmers ages 5-18 through Velocity.

For the upcoming season, Sutton will take on a pivotal dual role, leading both the Panthers' high school team and the middle school girls program.

"When meeting with Coach Sutton, what impressed me most was her thoughtful approach to supporting all levels of our swimming athletes and her unwavering commitment to providing space for all to find success in education based swimming," said BJ Kuntz, WHS Athletic and Activities Director. "I am also confident she will maintain the long tradition of success at Wenatchee High School."
