Nicole Harper

My name is Nicole Harper and I am the School Nurse for OMS and FMS. I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 11, sparking my medical career. (Along with there being 4 other nurses in my immediate family) I graduated from Cashmere High School, obtained my AA in Arts and Science and Nursing at Wenatchee Valley College, completed my BSN  and my Masters' Degree in Nursing Education through WGU.  I have previously worked in Geriatrics and Geropsych, Day Surgery, and mostly Medical and Oncology (bedside nursing). The 22/23 school year was my first year of school nursing and I am greatly enjoying it! Middle Schoolers are a BLAST!

Fun facts! I attended 1st-8th grade in the German school system and remain fluent in reading and writing.
In my free time, my family, the dog and I enjoy hiking, hunting, gathering and food preservation.  I also like to cross-breed chickens to harvest different colored eggs.
