Register your Kindergarten student for the 2019-2020 school year. Pick up your registration packet at your child’s boundary school
May 6th to May 10th, 9am to 12pm & 1pm to 3pm
When returning the completed registration packet please bring:
- Your child’s immunization record
- Your child’s birth certificate
- Proof of residence (utility or rent bill – showing name and address)
- Emergency contacts (2 names, addresses and phone numbers)
