DESIGN YOUR OWN PLAYING CARD

Design a face card modeled after the traditional playing cards.
Your face card may be a self-portrait, a pretend animal, pretty much anything … be creative!

Step 1

On 11 x 17 Card Stock (Ask Mr. Johnson) design a face card modeled after the traditional playing cards.

Use pencil first, to outline your ideas, then anything else you would like to color them in! Sharpies, Colored Pencils, Crayons, etc.

Here are some things to think about:

Mirror Image
Center of Card
Symbol for Corners

Look around the room for ideas and to see what others have done.
Use the light table if you need to.
