Transitional Kindergarten (TK) is 4-year-old children and offers a high-quality early learning experience to students with an unmet need that otherwise do not have access to early learning opportunities prior to kindergarten. We offer TK programs at Columbia Elementary and Mission View Elementary.

Incoming kindergarten parents will learn what to expect, find out how to prepare their child for school, and register for Fall 2023 all in one night.

Over the next five years, WSD will support students as they work to achieve the "Big 6" learning outcomes, fulfill their potential, and graduate— ready to pursue vocational training, college, or a career.
