2025-2026 WaWa Yearbook

Our pledge and promise to you: If you ORDER a yearbook, you are IN the book at least 3 times!

What does that mean? When you order a book before the Jan 30th deadline, the WaWa staff will ensure you are included in the yearbook at least 3 times through photos, quotes, interviews, activities, and yearbook coverage.

Yearbooks can also be purchased using cash at the ASB office. The ASB office cannot process payments for the Senior Ads or the Premium Package.

PRICING PACKAGES:

• Premium Value Package - $70 ($82.50 value) Only available until Dec 22nd. Includes: Yearbook with name plate, dust jacket, signature supplement, and both World Year in Review AND Spring Supplement.
• Yearbook with Name Plate - Special 1st Month of School Price $48. Price increases to $58 on Oct 1st and to $65 on Dec 1st. Available until Jan 28th at 11:59pm. 
• Yearbook Only -  Special 1st Month of School & Ignite Price $45. Price increases to $55 on Oct 1st and to $65 on Jan 29th. Available until May 16th OR until sold out.

NEW to the 2026 WaWa Yearbook:

• Spring Sports, Prom, and Graduation WILL BE INCLUDED through a Spring Supplement mailed home to students by the end of July 2026 at no additional cost.
• Every book will include a World Year in Review sewn-in insert to add to your senior's world events archive bringing your yearbook to 296 pages. 
• Increased coverage of student activities, clubs, and competitions inside and outside of school spanning all grade levels.
• The WaWa photography team will be offering an On-Campus Outdoor Senior Portraits option for FREE. Watch for a separate email in early September with all the details.

• Early Release Distribution Party at WHS - For those ordering a yearbook before Feb 15th will receive a ticket to the WaWa early release celebration ensure they receive their yearbooks early.

GET INVOLVED and INCLUDED 

Involvement in school activities, groups, clubs, and more. When you participate in school life and activities, we are more likely to capture your experiences and memories for the yearbook.

• Share your "in the moment" photos from dances, games, activities, competitions, and other events through the WaWa share link. 
• Order a yearbook before Jan 30th to qualify for our Coverage Pledge.
• Complete quizzes and surveys sent via Email and Social Media links from the Yearbook team. 

SENIOR PORTRAITS

For those students wishing to submit a portrait to replace the school ID photo taken at the start of the year. 

• The WaWa staff can NOT accept printed photos. All submissions must be uploaded by the student/parent. 
• Digital format JPEG file (high resolution) 
• Do NOT reduce or resize the image.

SENIOR ADS

For parent(s) or family members who wish to purchase a space for celebrating their graduate.

• Ads are DIGITALLY submitted through E-Design BY the Purchaser.
• 4 Size options range from 1/8th a page at $45 to full page at $125.
• Purchase can be made at the same time as ordering a yearbook package or separately at a later time.
• ALL ads are full color and the program provides multiple layout options for all ad size options. 
• Ad purchases are ONLY available ONLINE and are non-refundable. 
• Once the ad is digitally submitted, edits or changes may not be possible depending on the publisher.
• Ads may be in one's native language. WaWa Admin reserves the right to request translations.
• Deadline: March 1, 2026 @ 11:59pm
  • There are a limited number of senior ad spaces. Once all spaces are sold, sales will close even if before the March 1st deadline.
