District Flu Shot Clinic for Staff and Families at WHS

3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Annual Flu Shot Clinics for staff and their families will take place on;

  • Thursday, September 25th, from 2:30 to 4:30 PM at Washington Elementary in the gym
  • Wednesday, October 1st, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM at Wenatchee High School in the counseling offices

Please find the required form attached below. Attendees will need to fill out this form and bring a COPY of their insurance card.
