Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences

Thursday, March 20th - Friday, March 21st, 2025

Parent/Teacher Conferences are just around the corner! Here's everything you need to know about the process. 

In-person conferences will be held arena-style throughout the school halls on the evening of Thursday, March 20th. Click the link below for a map of where your student's teachers will be located. The map will be available at the door to help parents navigate. There will be no school Friday, March 21 for Parent/Teacher Conferences via Zoom. Stay tuned for the complete list of teachers' Zoom links, which will be posted below.

In-Person Conferences

• Thursday, March 20 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at WHS

Zoom Conferences

• Friday, November 1: 8:00 - 11:30 AM

See below for the full list of teachers' Zoom links. There is no need to set an appointment. Clicking on a teacher's link during the allotted time will take you to a Zoom waiting room, and the teacher will admit you as soon as possible. 

Parents are also welcome to call the main office and get connected to a teacher's phone if they are unable to access Zoom. To contact the main office, please call (509) 663-8117.
