Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences

Parent/Teacher Conferences are just around the corner! Here's everything you need to know about the process. 

There will be no school on Friday, March 20th for parent/teacher conferences. In-person conferences will be held arena-style throughout the school halls throughout the morning and early afternoon, and remote conferences will be held later in the afternoon via Google Meet. Stay tuned for the complete list of teachers' remote conference links, which will be posted below. See the complete schedule below for details. Click the link below for a map of where your student's teachers will be located during in-person conferences. The map will be available at the door to help parents navigate.

Schedule

8:30-11:30 AM: Arena Style Conferences
11:30 AM-12:00 PM: Lunch
12:15-2:00 PM: Arena Style Conferences
2:15-3:30 PM: Remote Conferences 

See below for the full list of teachers' Google Meet links. There is no need to set an appointment. Clicking on a teacher's link during the allotted time will take you to a waiting room, and the teacher will admit you as soon as possible. 

Parents/guardians are also welcome to call the main office and get connected to a teacher's phone if they are unable to access Google Meet. To contact the main office, please call (509) 663-8117.
