Free & Reduced Lunch - More Opportunities Than Just Food

Free and Reduced Lunch Prices Available

The Wenatchee School/District plays a vital role in children’s health by providing free and reduced price meals to students in need. Additionally, students who qualify for free or reduced meal prices may be eligible for the following:

·      Reduced cost AP exams

·      Reduced cost or no cost College in the High School Credits

·      Reduced cost or no cost SAT & ACT Exams

·      Reduced cost or no cost PSAT Exams

·      Reduced cost or no cost college applications

·      Reduced cost ASB/Athletic Fees

·      Additional no cost Running Start Credits

We encourage all families who think they might qualify to apply. Even if you are unsure, our Nutrition Services Department will be happy to process your application to determine if you can benefit from this program. 

If qualified, you can save hundreds of dollars a year in food expenses. You can also be assured your child is getting the proper nutrition needed to learn at their peak performance level. You and your child’s participation in the program is held in the strictest confidence, and it’s easy to apply.  Applications are available in the school offices, or on the website.
