Wenatchee Students Compete at the FBLA State Leadership Conference

Wenatchee FBLA students recently competed at the FBLA State Leadership Conference with great success.  By looking at the results it is evident that the Panthers put in an abundant amount of effort, commitment, preparation, and dedication to prepare for this competition.

Journalism 2nd place - Lucia Musacchi

Organizational Leadership 2nd place - Kayden Delvo

Journalism 3rd place - Heather Hayes

International Business 3rd place - Lucia Musacchi & Kayden Delvo

Computer Problem Solving 4th place - Leo Chen

Introduction to Event Planning 5th place - Abby Roche & Elora Neer

Management Decision Making 5th place - Kody Richards, Kara Norland, & Molly Coonfield

Business Financial Plan 6th place - Lucia Musacchi & Lissette Pasion

Sports and Entertainment Management 6th place - Lane Hansen

Introduction to Business 7th place - Lane Hansen

Political Science 8th place - Kayden Delvo

Impromptu Speaking 10th place - Kara Norland

Others competing at SBLC were Avery Ahr, Whitney Gray, and Hannah Welch.

FBLA advisor Jeff Leavitt stated "Everyone did such a great job. As advisors, it's difficult to take much credit for these accomplishments. We are grateful to the WHS staff for their investment in these students over the years. Many of these events are outside of what we teach, so doing well in topics such as poly/sci, journalism, etc. shows that this success is to be shared with you all." 

Other notable accomplishments: Kody Richards finished up her amazing job as the 2020-2021 North Central Region Vice President and Molly Coonfield will be the NC Region VP for the 2021-2022 school year.
