Two Wenatchee High School students were recently named National Merit Finalists. Out of the 16,000 Semifinalists that were named in September, Leonardo X. Chen and Lucia Musacchi, met all the requirements to advance to Finalist standing in the competition. The selection of some 7,500 Merit Scholarship winners from the group of more than 15,000 Finalists is now in progress. National Merit Scholarship Corp (NMSC) will begin notifying scholarship winners in March.
