WHS Students Compete at the Technology Students Association State Competition

Wenatchee High School students competed at the Technology Students Association State Competition last Thursday & Friday in SeaTac.  The team faired very well, sending two teams to the National Competition in Dallas this June.  

Juniors Miranda Nayak, Ella Gebers, and Emry Price took 1st place in Digital Video Production for their three-minute movie “A day in a life… of a ghost” and will be entering their movie short at the National Competition.  Miranda and Ella also took 1st place for the Onsite Problem Solving competition and will be competing at Nationals.

Emery Price and Sophomore Isaac Black took 5th place in the Structural Design and Engineering (Wooden Bridge Building) competition.
