Registration Open for Student Club, Volunteer and Resource Fair - Oct 3.

Wenatchee High School (WHS) is hosting the 2nd Annual Student Club, Volunteer and Resource Fair on Wednesday, October 3 during the lunch period, 11:15 - 11:55 a.m. in the WHS Commons. The purpose of the fair is to connect WHS students with high school club offerings, community volunteer opportunities, and social services providers.

Local organizations offering volunteer opportunities for high school students and social service agencies that provide support services and information for youth are encouraged to reserve a booth space at the Fair.

Online registration is available at http://bit.ly/WHSfair

“At WHS we’re working hard to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for students. The fair is one way to ensure that our kids feel connected with their community and are aware of the resources available to them in times of need. As a district, we recognize the importance of united school-community relations and the impact it has on student success,” said WHS social services specialist and event co-planner Bob Sandford.

The Student Club, Volunteer and Resource Fair is presented by Wenatchee Learns Connect and the Wenatchee High School Associated Student Body.
