There will be a second and final public hearing on the proposed closure of Columbia Elementary. The hearing will take place on Thursday, April 18, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Wenatchee High School Commons.
Columbia's closure is part of the district's efforts to reduce its budget by a targeted $8.9 million for the 24/25 school year. More information is available on the district's budget website.
