The work of Capital Projects and Planning supports the district’s Strategic Plan by building and modernizing schools to create thriving environments where students experience high quality instruction and feel welcome and know they belong.
Our primary goals are to;

- Wisely manage the use of building capacity and tax payer dollars,

Wenatchee High School Replacement
Wenatchee School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms for Architectural and Engineering Professional Design Services for the Wenatchee High School Replacement Project. The project consists of a phased replacement of the existing Wenatchee High School on the same site as the current facility (new-in-lieu). There are potential options to retain portions of the existing building and modernize them, which will be vetted through the community and staff engagement portion of the work. Preliminary work prior to the bond will consist of community engagement, early schematic design, renderings and general site layout. Specific project information is described within the RFQ.
