The work of Facilities and Capital Projects planning supports the district’s Strategic Plan by building and modernizing schools to create thriving environments where students experience high-quality instruction and feel welcome and know they belong.

The primary goals of facilities and capital projects planning are to;

  • Maintain and enhance district facilities,
  • Plan for future facilities, 
  • Strengthen and streamline capital project management,
  • Wisely manage the use of building capacity and taxpayer dollars,
  • Enhance cost-effective use of capital resources
  • Engage stakeholders in the pre-planning, planning, and design
