Procedure - Public Access to District Records • Procedure No. 4040P

Please refer to the Procedure linked above, starting on page 7, to view a description of all the costs associated with fulfilling a public records request.

The cost of providing photocopies or printed copies of electronic records is $ .15 per page. The District may also charge for actual costs of mailing, including the cost of the shipping container or envelope.  
Please refer to page 8 of the Procedure for detailed information on costs associated with providing electronic records.

The District will require a deposit of up to ten percent of the estimated costs of copying all the records selected by the requestor, including customized service charges as referenced in the Procedure. Additionally, the District will require the payment of the remainder of the costs before providing all the records.

The District Office is closed on the following days; Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Friday of Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day and the day after.
