Today, the Wenatchee School District launched a facilities survey to gather feedback from parents, staff, students, and community members on the condition of school facilities and their needs for future improvements.
The survey is part of the district's ongoing efforts to address the challenges associated with aging buildings and infrastructure. The data collected will be used by the district and its long-range facilities planning committee to prioritize and guide future facility improvement plans.
"Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we want to hear what you think about our school facilities," said Kory Kalahar, Superintendent of the Wenatchee School District. "We encourage all stakeholders to participate in the survey and share their thoughts with us. Your honest feedback will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our school facilities and ensuring that they meet the needs of our students and staff."
The survey is available in Spanish and English, and participants can provide their input anonymously.
The survey will close on September 24. The district will review the results and develop a plan to address the identified needs.
