Teach with TVW has just released the Teach With TVW Docs: Mariachi Huenachi. The documentary film provides an inside look at Wenatchee High School's Mariachi Huenachi music program and the challenges that students from immigrant families face as they navigate issues of poverty, legal status and societal expectations.
Teach With TVW produces award-winning documentaries, showing Washington State citizens engaged in civic life. Teach With TVW Docs won Northwest Regional Emmy Awards in 2018 and 2014.
