Wenatchee High School Regional Art Show Winners

This week, the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center announced the 45th Annual Regional High School Art Show winners. Jurors chose from pieces submitted by students from 11 North Central Washington schools, with the “Best of Show” selections advancing to statewide competition in Olympia. The show is made possible each year through the sponsorship of the North Central Educational Service District and partnership with the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction. This year’s judges for the Regional Awards were Lindsay Breidenthal – Wenatchee artist and NCW Arts Alliance board member; Ellen Bruex – Wenatchee artist and Wenatchee Valley College art teacher; Gregg Schlanger- Chair, Department of Art + Design at Central Washington University.

An awards reception will be held at the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Culture Center on Saturday, March 16, from 1 to 3 p.m.
