PDEnroller is North Central Washington’s one-stop teaching and learning service center. This site provides an overview of the comprehensive services provided by NCESD 171 to assist local school district in delivering high quality instruction to the students and parent of our region. 

Leadership and Learning Center

The Leadership and Learning Center works to create positive change in schools bridging the gap between research and effective application of best practices. Their services include on-site professional development, implementation visits, and coaching. The Leadership and Learning Center is the professional development and consulting services division of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. 

Learn360

Learn360 is an interactive media-on-demand service for the K-12 education market, providing teachers and students the power to meet and exceed 21st century educational expectations across all curriculums. Through streaming video, audio and accompanying support materials, Learn360 supports web-based learning by providing an online collaborative environment where users can share information and ideas. Content is correlated to State, Common Core and Provincial standards. 

LEGO® Education

Experience a motivating approach to teaching. LEGO® Education has created an exciting array of professional development workshops that are applicable for pre-K through 12th-grade educators, along with professional development programs for teachers who want to get the most out of their LEGO Education resources. Discover how to facilitate rather than direct classroom learning and find out how to encourage your students to take a more active role in their learning. All workshops agendas are customizable and can be tailored to fit individual customer needs.

Lynda.com is a paid service, but it is the best tool I know of for high quality learning of software.

New Horizons for Learning

New Horizons for Learning is provided by Johns Hopkins University School of Education and offers links to websites and articles about research in education, as well as being a leading web resource for identifying and communicating successful strategies for educational practice.

PLC Washington

PLC Washington is a systems approach designed to support schools that have the motivation and desire to authentically implement professional learning communities. It includes a PLC website; online courses facilitated by trained instructors; embedded learning cycles to engage staff; professional development, facilitation, and guidance; and capacity building within schools and districts.

Solution Tree

Solution Tree is a leading provider of educational strategies and tools that improve staff and student performance. For more than 20 years, their resources have helped K-12 teachers and administrators create schools where all children succeed.

Teaching Channel

Teaching Channel is a video showcase, on the Internet and TV, of inspiring and effective teaching practices in America's schools. They have a rapidly growing community of more than 25,000 registered members who trade ideas and share inspiration from each other. With the help of the teaching community, their mission is to revolutionize how teachers learn, connect, and inspire each other to improve the outcomes for all K-12 students across America. In order to accomplish this mission, they have three simple goals, all of them reliant on input from teachers: build professional learning resources that teachers want, deepen and improve opportunities for teacher learning, and elevate and celebrate teachers in our society. Their videos are produced by a collaborative effort between a unique team of professionals consisting of video production experts, education advisors, and the classroom teachers themselves.
