Purpose / Goal
Recommend an elementary report card that best meets the needs of those preparing and consuming the information.
Membership Makeup
District-wide representation from teachers, instructional coaches, principals, department representatives (e.g. Special Education), and district directors.
How are members selected?
- District Committee Selection Process -
Members' roles
- Attending all scheduled meetings (during or after the school day)
- Devoting time required for completion of committee work - e.g., homework between meetings
- Gathering input from staff using interviews, surveys, staff meetings, etc.
- Communicating to constituent groups (PTA, staff, etc.) at designated times
- Assisting with initial implementation of the new report card
