NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
& WITHDRAWALS

CLICK HERE FOR NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION & FORMS

THE WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

Steps to the withdrawal process:
  • Parent/guardian notifies the registrar of their intentions of student transfer.
  • The registrar will generate an official withdrawal form that requires a parent/guardian signature.
  • The student will pick up the withdrawal form and take the form to each of their teachers to obtain the most current grades before their last day in attendance.
    • The student will need to return all textbooks and chromebook to the resource center.
    • The student will need to check that all outstanding school fines/fees are paid off by checking in at the ASB office.
  • The student will need to return the completed withdrawal form to the registrar.
  • The registrar will then give the student any pertinent information that will help facilitate the transition.
STUDENTS WILL NOT BE INACTIVATED AT WHS UNTIL WE RECEIVE NOTIFICATION FROM THE NEW SCHOOL VERIFYING ENROLLMENT AT THEIR SCHOOL.

FORMER STUDENTS - REQUESTING RECORDS FOR TRANSFER

If you are a former Wenatchee High School student who recently transferred to a new school and are needing records sent, please have your new school request records from us by faxing us a "Request for Records Verification". Our office will fax over the requested information and mail out all official records as soon as grades are posted to the transcript AND all fines owed by the student have been cleared.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL ALL FINES OWED HAVE BEEN PAID/CLEARED.
