NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
THE WITHDRAWAL PROCESS
Steps to the Withdrawal Process:
Parent/Guardian notifies the Registrar of their intentions of student transfer. The registrar will then generate an official withdrawal form (that requires parent/guardian signature).
In the last few days of attendance, the student needs to take the withdrawal form around to each of their teachers to obtain the most current grades and turn in textbooks.
Student will also check in with the ASB office to make sure that there are no outstanding fines pending on their account.
Once completed, the student will return the withdrawal form to the registrar.
The registrar will then give the student any pertinent information that will help facilitate the transition.
AGAIN, STUDENT WILL NOT BE INACTIVATED UNTIL WE RECEIVE NOTIFICATION FROM THE NEW SCHOOL VERIFYING ENROLLMENT AT THEIR SCHOOL.
