Student Care

High Quality student care services are offered before and after school for students in grades K-5 at elementary schools in the Wenatchee School District. Student care is provided through a partnership with the Wenatchee Valley YMCA.

YMCA Student Care Program

The After School Program engages our youth in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) activities to ensure a brighter future. Our participants also benefit from homework help, a healthy snack, and 30 minutes of physical activity every day. The Y After School Program follows the Wenatchee School District calendar and offers before, after and out of school care (vacation days) at all sites.

Designed with the needs of families in mind, Y's student care program gives parents a safe, affordable and convenient program on which they can depend. They provide a variety of activities that encourage, excite and enrich during those critical hours between home and school. The student care program is a licensed care program for grades K-5th (through 12 years of age) meeting all state, local and YMCA standards of excellence.

For more information on registration, fees and hours of operation is available on the YMCA website.
