Register your Kindergarten Student for the 2020-2021 School Year
Do you know a child who will be five years old on or before August 31? Maybe it's your neighbor, family friend or even your own child. Spread the word...now is the time to register for kindergarten. Any child who will be 5 years old on or before Aug. 31, 2020, is eligible to enter kindergarten in the fall. Full-day kindergarten is offered district wide in the Wenatchee School District.
Pick up your registration packet at your child's boundary school starting May 4th.
If your child is bilingual, testing will be May 4th to May 8th , 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. at the Wenatchee District Office

When returning the completed kindergarten registration packet, please bring the following documents:
- Your child's immunization record
- Your child's birth certificate
- Proof of residence (utility or rent bill - showing name and address)
- Emergency contacts (2 names, addresses and phone numbers)
School offices are open for kindergarten registration Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration can take up to one hour. Application materials are available in school offices.
Children Enrolled in WSD Preschool
Parents of children enrolled in District preschool will not need to compete a new registration form for their child. Additional required paperwork, immunization records and proof of residency are still required. Required forms can be picked up at elementary school offices.
